TERMS OF SERVICE

Last updated: September 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of saltopera.com and any purchases made through the website.

Throughout these Terms, “SALT OPERA”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the operator of SALT OPERA. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.

1. ABOUT SALT OPERA

SALT OPERA operates the online store available at saltopera.com.

Contact: hello@saltopera.com

Full legal business information, including the registered business name and address, will be provided on the website as required by applicable law.

2. ONLINE STORE

By using this website and placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, complete and current.

You may not use our products or website for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose or interfere with the security or operation of the website.

We reserve the right to refuse service, restrict access or cancel orders where reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, payment issues, obvious pricing errors or violations of these Terms.

Nothing in this section affects rights granted to consumers by mandatory law.

3. PRODUCTS

We make reasonable efforts to display and describe our products as accurately as possible.

However, colors and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen, lighting conditions and device settings.

Measurements and sizing information are provided as guidance. Where measurements are approximate, minor variations may occur.

We may modify or discontinue products or product variants at any time without notice, provided this does not affect orders already concluded.

4. PRICES

All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout.

Any applicable taxes and shipping charges will be displayed or otherwise communicated before the customer completes the purchase, as required by applicable law.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been concluded.

In the event of an obvious pricing, description or technical error, we may cancel the affected order where permitted by applicable law. If payment has already been collected, the amount paid for the cancelled order will be refunded.

5. ORDERS

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.

An order is considered accepted and the purchase contract concluded when we send confirmation of the order in accordance with applicable law.

We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:

  • a product is unavailable;
  • payment cannot be processed;
  • the information supplied is incomplete or incorrect;
  • we reasonably suspect fraud or unauthorized activity;
  • an obvious pricing or technical error has occurred; or
  • we cannot deliver to the supplied address.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the relevant payment will be refunded.

6. PAYMENT

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout.

You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information and confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method selected.

Payment processing may be performed by third-party payment providers and may therefore also be subject to their applicable terms and privacy practices.

7. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping options, estimated delivery times and applicable shipping costs are displayed on the website or during checkout.

Delivery times are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, customs procedures, severe weather, disruptions to transportation networks or incorrect delivery information supplied by the customer.

We are not responsible for delays caused solely by circumstances outside our reasonable control, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

If a parcel cannot be delivered because the customer supplied incorrect or incomplete information, or fails to collect or accept the parcel, additional shipping costs may apply where permitted by law.

Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights relating to delivery.

8. RETURNS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

If you are a consumer in the European Union or another jurisdiction providing equivalent mandatory rights, you may have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days without giving a reason.

For goods, the withdrawal period generally begins when you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, receives the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact:

hello@saltopera.com

You must clearly inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract.

Unless otherwise required by law or agreed by us, the customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods.

Returned products should be handled only to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. You may be responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary for this purpose.

Detailed instructions are available in our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

9. REFUNDS

Where you validly exercise a statutory right of withdrawal, refunds will be processed in accordance with applicable consumer law.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you provide evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first, where permitted by law.

If you selected a delivery method more expensive than the least expensive standard delivery option offered by us, we are not required to refund the additional delivery cost.

Refunds will generally be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

10. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order after delivery.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, incorrect or otherwise does not conform to the contract, contact us at hello@saltopera.com and include your order number and, where relevant, photographs showing the issue.

Your statutory rights regarding non-conforming goods remain unaffected.

We may request reasonable information or evidence necessary to assess the issue.

11. SIZE AND FIT

Customers are encouraged to review the size information provided on the relevant product page before ordering.

Differences in preferred fit or choosing an unsuitable size do not constitute a product defect.

This does not affect any statutory right of withdrawal that applies to your purchase.

12. PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNT CODES

Promotional codes may be subject to separate conditions.

Unless otherwise stated, discount codes:

  • cannot be exchanged for cash;
  • cannot be applied retrospectively;
  • may not be combined with other promotions; and
  • may be limited to selected products, customers, territories or periods.

We may cancel or refuse a promotional code where we reasonably believe it has been used fraudulently or contrary to its stated conditions.

13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise stated, the SALT OPERA name, branding, logos, graphics, website design, original photographs, videos, text and other original content made available through the website are owned by or licensed to SALT OPERA and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

They may not be reproduced, distributed, commercially exploited or used to create derivative commercial materials without prior permission from the relevant rights holder.

14. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Our website may rely on or link to third-party services, including payment providers, delivery providers, ecommerce infrastructure and external websites.

We are not responsible for independent third-party websites or services that we do not control.

Use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

15. PROHIBITED USE

You may not use the website to engage in unlawful, fraudulent or abusive activity; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website or associated systems; transmit malicious code; scrape or systematically extract website content where prohibited by law; impersonate another person; or infringe intellectual property or other rights.

We may restrict access to the website where reasonably necessary to protect SALT OPERA, our customers or our systems.

16. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including mandatory consumer rights.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SALT OPERA will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable at the time the contract was concluded.

We are not responsible for losses caused solely by events outside our reasonable control.

17. PRIVACY

Personal information collected through the website is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Please review the Privacy Policy for information about how personal data is collected, used and protected.

18. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time, including to reflect changes to our business, website or applicable law.

The version applicable to an order is the version in effect when the relevant contract is concluded.

The latest version will always be available on this website.

19. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

20. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of SALT OPERA, without depriving consumers of any mandatory protections granted to them under the law that applies to them.

Any mandatory rules concerning jurisdiction and consumer dispute resolution remain unaffected.
